Aluminium Dosing

The demands on the melt in terms of oxide content, hydrogen content and temperature control are becoming increasingly important in the manufacture of cast parts.

Due to the increasing requirements for large aluminum structural components for the automotive industry - and here especially for weight reduction in the context of electromobility - high-precision and technologically inferior dosing systems in combination with efficient furnace technology are necessary.

This is exactly where Meltec Industrieofenbau GmbH offers the perfect product range with the unique aluminum vacuum dosing system. In combination with the proven furnace technology, the optimum solution can be found for any application.

On the one hand due to the system sizes from 1kg up to 150kg and on the other hand due to the flexible combination options as a standalone version, a fully integrated dosing furnace or as a fully automatic robotic casting cell, all industries from die casting to rheocasting and gravity casting are served.
